- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed in service provided. Was not offered options for filing (EZ vs itemized), the staff had to stop to ask for instruction several times, and did not verify information; causing issues with refund tracking. Then upon calling to determine what the issue was, staff hung up when she was finished talking as I began to ask another question. Gave inaccurate information and seemed overall incompetent. I would not suggest this agency again, and especially not this specific branch. This is not the service I have received in the past and I was very disappointed.By Jasmine Jones, October 02, 2016
