- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Northport branch is a joke. The tellers at this branch act like it's a privilege that they will process your transaction. I went through the drive-thru today and waited for 12 minutes for a teller to cash a check. It was only after I pressed the "call" button twice that she responded that the lane was suddenly closed and that she would not process my transaction. After waiting that long she sent it back with an attitude and a smart remark. I have been a member of this credit union for 23+ years and have had many bad experiences but this one ranks the highest.
